Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane and former proprietor of Gorkha Media Network Chhabilal Joshi have been assigned the hearing on the case.

The case has been scheduled for hearing in the Tulsipur-Butwal High Court today. A single bench of the Supreme Cooperatives of Butwal on November 5 issued the order to summon the preliminary file in the case against the two who are in custody on the charge of cheating money of the Supreme Cooperative Society of Butwal and organized crime.

A division bench of Justices Basudev Acharya and Om Prasad Aryal had issued the order on November 20.

Earlier, the hearing scheduled for October 29 was postponed after Chhabilal Joshi’s lawyer filed an application.

The High Court has also ordered the court to submit the file of Chhabilal Joshi along with Ravi in response to Lamichhane’s demand to fight the case outside the jail by paying the amount as per the claim. Earlier, the Butwal High Court had ordered to demand a confessional report on Lamichhane’s case.
