10-point agreement to be finalized with NRNA Genji movement

. The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), which has been divided for long due to political interference and internal disputes, has moved towards reunification.

The meeting also agreed to give formal recognition to the working committee led by Mahesh Kumar Shrestha elected from the unity general convention to be held in May 2025 under the convenorship of Shesh Ghale. Both sides hope that these decisions will help resolve past disputes sensitively.

As part of the agreement, the leadership has also pledged to withdraw all cases filed in the court.TAG_OPEN_p_14 An 11-member steering committee will be formed for the impartial preparation and management of the 12th General Convention. The members of this committee will not be allowed to contest for any post in the general convention, which is expected to make the general convention completely clean, systematic and free from weak influence.

After the 10th General Convention, the committees formed by different leaders including Kul Acharya, Rabina Thapa, Badri KC, Binod Kunwar and RK Sharma will be included in the official record.TAG_OPEN_p_13 It is believed that it will institutionalize the activities carried out in the past and remove obstacles in future action plans.
