MAW growth for EV expansion and customer satisfaction is yet another milestone

Kathmandu. MAW Vriddhi Motors bagged two prestigious awards – ‘2025 Award of Excellent EV Sales’ and ‘2025 Award of Service Excellence’ at the 2026 Dongfeng Dealer Conference held under the theme ‘Energy, Vision, Future’.

These awards are for the company’s efforts in EV promotion, network expansion and consumer welfare in Nepal. These awards aligns with MAW Group’s overarching vision of promoting environmental responsibility and the new energy sector that Mel Group is committed to building the complete EV ecosystem and necessary infrastructure to transition Nepal towards clean energy mobility.

Due to its pioneering role in the EV space, MAW Vriddhi has established itself as a leading brand dedicated to environmental protection and pollution-free transportation solutions.

MAW Vriddhi Motors has sold over 1,250 EVs in just 14 months, a significant milestone in the new energy space. Its hatchback model Nami Box has become the best-selling vehicle in its segment. This shows that customers’ trust and demand for smart vehicles has increased.

The company has started deliveries of the recently launched Vigo from October. This has made more EV choices available to consumers. With 12 outlets across the country, customers can learn about EVs, observe them live and choose new energy vehicles with confidence.

MAW Group has been awarded the Service Excellence Award for its commitment to customer satisfaction. MAW Vriddhi Motors has 10 service centers across the country. It has a customer satisfaction rate of 92% and provides fast assistance through a 24÷7 help line.

The service system includes pick-and-drop, roadside assistance and off-road service, so customers can take help from anywhere. With all these features, MAW has been able to maintain long-term trust and relationship with the customers even after the vehicle sale.
