Kathmandu. Buddha Air’s plane hit by bird The bird was hit while landing at Pokhara Airport.

According to Buddha Air Pokhara office, the aircraft was hit by a vulture while landing. One of the propellers of the plane’s right engine was damaged in the collision.

There were 68 passengers on board. All passengers and crew are safe, Buddha Air said.

“Today, an aircraft that took off from Kathmandu to Pokhara collided with a bird while landing. All passengers and crew of Flight 617, Flight 9N-AOC are safe. Our technical team based in Pokhara is inspecting the aircraft.
