The arrestees have been identified as Thakur Prasad Bhatta, 60, Jhalak Amgai, 56, Santosh Lama, 54, and Mohan Dangal, 66, of Ratnanagar municipality-12, Ratnanagar municipality-12 chairperson Sundarmani Subedi, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Subash Bhatta of Area Police Office, Ratnanagar Tandi.TAG_OPEN_div_8 The deceased have been identified as Ram Kumar Dangal, 55, Asha Bahadur Gurung, 49, and Shiva Bahadur Amgain, 48.
