Millions of rupees damaged in fire in Martadi

Bajura. BAJURA: A fire broke out in Martadi, the district headquarters of Bajura today. Millions of rupees have been damaged in the fire.

Police Inspector at the District Police Office, Laxmi Raj Joshi, informed that the shop of Prakash Thapa of Badimalika municipality-8 caught fire after the electric wire burst.

The fire broke out when a wire went off in the shop.

The fire gutted the furniture factory and garage of vehicles operating at Badimalika-8, Tallo Jiula. Police Inspector Joshi said that the fire was put out with the help of security personnel and locals. The details of the damage are yet to be ascertained, he added.
