Kathmandu. Rajendra Shakya, proprietor of Guna Airlines, has been arrested.
KATHMANDU: The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has arrested him on the charge of Banking Offences and Punishment Act, 2064 BS.
The CIB arrested 60-year-old Shakya of Pulchowk in Lalitpur Metropolitan City-3 today.
According to the CIB, the arrestee was arrested from Jawalakhel after obtaining permission from the High Court, Patan for the offence under the Banking Offences and Punishment Act, 2064.
