Kathmandu. Laxmi Sunrise Bank has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The bank has called the meeting for December 28. The assembly will begin at 11:00 am at Agrawal Bhawan, Kamal Pokhari.

The bank will close the book on December 1 for the meeting. Shareholders who are valid till December 12 will receive the dividend as determined by the bank.

The bank has proposed a 10 percent bonus share and 0.53 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. After the approval of this proposal, the shareholders will get it.
