Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Two matches are taking place today under the second edition of Nepal Premier League (NPL) underway at Tribhuvan University International Cricket Stadium.

The first match will be played between Pokhara Avengers at 11:45 am and Kathmandu Gorkhas at 11:45 pm and Sudurpaschim Royals will take on Chitwan Rhinos at 4:00 pm.

Pokhara, which has only four points from five games, is under pressure to win the match to keep its playoff hopes alive. Meanwhile, Kathmandu has collected eight points from six games.

Sudurpaschim who has already reached the playoffs and Chitwan, which is on the way to the playoffs, will face face-to-face.

Sudurpaschim is in the top position with 10 points. Chitwan, which has four points from five games, is compelled to win for the playoff.
