Kathmandu. Guardian Micro Life Insurance has fixed the book closing date for the upcoming general meeting.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Sunday will be held on December 28. The meeting will be held at the Biratnagar Hotel Airport.
The book closes for the meeting on December 29. Shareholders who have remained in power till December 12 will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
