Kathmandu. The Ministry of Health and Population has started its service from Singha Durbar.

Spokesperson at the Ministry, Dr Prakash Budhathoki, said that the service has resumed from Singha Durbar on a partial basis from today. According to him, the services to be provided by the minister, two secretaries, policy, planning and monitoring division and the staff division have started from Singha Durbar.

KATHMANDU: The World Health Organization (WHO) has constructed six prefab blocks for the Ministry of Health and Population in the vacant land of the Nepal Army Nursing Team Battalion at Singha Durbar. “It will take another one month to shift all the branches of the ministry,” he said, adding, “For now, the work of ministers, two secretaries and two divisions has been started from Singha Durbar.” ”

The Ministry was temporarily providing services from the office of the Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC) after the Ministry was set ablaze due to the Jenji agitation on September 10.
