Mahindra’s vehicle sales company Agni Incorporated has done more than Rs 7 billion in a year.

Kathmandu. Agni Incorporated, the authorized distributor of Mahindra vehicles in Nepal, has a business of more than Rs 7 billion. The company had a turnover of Rs 7.13 billion in the last fiscal year.

In 2024, the company had a turnover of Rs 5.55 billion. The company’s business has increased compared to the previous fiscal year 2024. Similarly, the company has a turnover of Rs. 5.14 billion in the year 2023. In the years before this, the company’s business was remarkable.

In 2022 and 2023, the company’s business was normal. In 2022, the company had a turnover of Rs 12.93 billion. In 2021, the company’s business was Rs 12.08 billion. The company’s business has declined in the last 2 years due to the slowdown in the economic sector due to the Corona epidemic.

Established in 1991, Agni Incorporated has been selling Mahindra’s Scorpio, Bolero, passenger vehicles and tractors in Nepal.  Mahindra vehicles are distributed through 17 dealerships and 16 regional dealership outlets. Cabinet Shrestha, Susan Baidya Shrestha and Arjun Prasad Sharma are the shareholders of the company. He is also a director.

The company has borrowed Rs 3.26 billion from various banks and financial institutions, including Rs 350 million long-term and Rs 2.91 billion in short term.
