Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has fixed the wholesale price of agricultural products for today.
According to the committee, tomato (Nepali) was sold at Rs 80 per kg, tomato big (Indian) Rs 100 per kg, tomato small (local) Rs 50 per kg, tomato small (tunnel) Rs 90 per kg, tomato small (Indian) Rs 60 per kg, tomato small (Terai) Rs 75 per kg, potato red (Indian) Rs 38 per kg, potato white (Indian) per kg and onion dried (Indian) per kg.
Similarly, carrot (local) is 120 per kg, carrot (Terai) 100 per kg, Banda (local) 55 per kg, Banda (Terai) 50 per kg, Banda (coconut) 55 per kg, Cauli local (Jyapu) 50 per kg, Cauli local (Jyapu) 70 per kg, Cauli Terai 40 per kg, red radish 50 per kg, white radish (local) 25 per kg, white radish (hybrid) 40 per kg, brinjal lamcho 80 per kg, brinjal dalo 90 per kg. The price of maize has been fixed at Rs 75 per kg.
Similarly, peas (local) 130 per kg, ghee beans (local) 150 per kg, ghee beans (hybrid) 120 per kg, ghee beans (rajma) 100 per kg, tatte beans 125 per kg, bitter gourd per kg 140, gourd per kg, parwar (local) 100 per kg, parwar (Terai) 110 per kg, Ghee (local) 120 per kg, Farsi (40 per kg) ripe Farsi, 60 per kg, Green Farsi (Dallo) 55 per kg, turnips per 100 per kg. The price of okra has been fixed at Rs 120 per kg, sweet potato at Rs 75 per kg, pindalu at Rs 90 per kg and squash at Rs 30 per kg.
Likewise, mustard has been fixed at Rs 50 per kg, spinach at Rs 120, Chamsur at Rs 120, Mustard greens at Rs 60 per kg, fenugreek greens at Rs 160 per kg, green onion at Rs 50 per kg, Bakula at Rs 150 per kg, bottom at Rs 80 per kg, mushroom (girl) at Rs 180 per kg, mushroom (dalle) at Rs 350 per kg and cucumber at Rs 1200 per kg.
Broccoli has been fixed at Rs 120 per kg, beetroot at Rs 90 per kg, red cabbage at Rs 180 per kg, cumin at Rs 300 per kg, celery at Rs 550 per kg, parsley at Rs 600 per kg, fennel at Rs 150 per kg, mint at Rs 400 per kg, ganteradish at Rs 80 per kg, tamarind at Rs 180 per kg, copper at Rs 130 per kg, tofu at Rs 150 per kg and gundak at Rs 400 per kg.
Apple (bag) 250 per kg, apple (Fujii) 300 per kg, banana (dozen) 200, lemon 110 per kg, pomegranate 400 per kg, orange (Nepali) 120 per kg, watermelon green 100 per kg, season 100 per kg, junar 120 per kg, pineapple (local) per kg 70, cucumber (local) per kg, cucumber (hybrid) per kg 40, lemon (dozen) per kg, pear (Chinese) 230 per kg, papaya (Nepali) per kg 70, papaya (Indian) per kg 110 per kg. Likewise, guava has been sold at Rs 120 per kg, lapsi at Rs 65 per kg, strawberry bhuisulu at Rs 500 per kg, kiwi at Rs 300 per kg, Sharifa at Rs 250 per kg and avocado at Rs 300 per kg.
Similarly, amla per kg (amla), ginger (90 per kg), dried chilli (400 per kg), chilli green (bullet) per kg (bullet) 100 per kg, chilli green (fish) 120 per kg, chilli green (akbar) per kg 200 per kg, sheep chilli (130 kg), green garlic per kg 90 per kg, green coriander 80 per kg, garlic (Chinese) 200 per kg, garlic dried (Nepali) per kg and chilli dried (Nepali) per kg 180 per kg. Likewise, the price of fresh fish (rahu) has been fixed at Rs 340 per kg, fresh fish (left) at Rs 280 per kg, fresh fish (stick) at Rs 250 per kg, tree tomato at Rs 160 per kg, king mushroom at Rs 300 per kg, Sitake mushroom at Rs 1,000 per kg and cucumber (local cross) at Rs 50 per kg.
