. SARLAHI: Police have arrested a person in possession of 95 counterfeit notes of Rs 1,000 denomination from Bishnu Rural Municipality-6 in Sarlahi district.
Firoz Khan, 30, of Kaudena Rural Municipality-5, Chhapkaiya was arrested with the note while he was heading to Nepal from India on a motorbike with ‘Untested’ written on it, according to the Central Police News Room.
A police team deputed from the Area Police Office, Simara Fenhara arrested Khan on Wednesday night. Further investigation is underway in this connection, police said.
