Kathmandu. Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited has declared dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has announced that it will distribute 10% bonus shares to its shareholders.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 9 has decided to distribute dividend at the same rate. The dividend will be distributed after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
