Kathmandu. MAW Vriddhi Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of DePaul and renowned electric vehicles in Nepal, has established its presence in Western Nepal. Deepel S05 and Nami Vigo have been officially launched in Nepalgunj. The launch event was conducted in collaboration with Panas Automotive, the authorized dealer and business partner of Nepalgunj region. The event is seen as a significant milestone in the expansion of state-of-the-art electric mobility in the West Region.
The event was attended by local representatives, businessmen, customers and media persons. The chief guest of the program was Tanka Nath Dhami, President of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), Nepalgunj and Pradip Bhattarai, President of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), Kohalpur.
The event was attended by Mr. Bibek Sikaria, Managing Director, MAW Group, Mr. Sandip Chatterjee, Vice President, Passenger Division, MAW Group, Mr. Prasanna Pant, CEO, MAW Vriddhi Motors and Mr. Gyanendra Chand, CEO, MAW Vriddhi Autocorp. Gyanendra Khanal and Managing Director Aayush Khanal, representing Panas Automotive, reiterated their commitment towards the development of EV ecosystem in western Nepal.
One of the popular electric SUVs of this year, the Deepel S05 is now available in Nepalgunj. Known for its comfort, technology, and performance, the SUV uses CATL’s Golden Shield battery system 2.of that offers long battery life and high durability. Suitable for both city and highway conditions, the vehicle features state-of-the-art features such as ventilated and heated front seats, queen co-pilot seat with zero-gravity mode, remote in-and-out parking, AR-HUD with live navigation and a 14.4-inch touchscreen with full internet connectivity, offering a premium and future-ready driving experience.
Along with the DEEPEL S05, MAW Vriddhi Motors, along with its regional partner Panas Automotive, also launched the Vigo, a smart electric SUV based on Dongfeng’s Quantum Architecture platform. Vigo’s striking design with a striking design, a powerful motor of 99kW, and two battery options that offer a WLTP range of up to 350km sets the Vigo apart.
The key features of the vehicle include a heaven-and-earth tailgate, ambient lighting that complies with music, memory and welcome seats, fast charging from 305 to 805 in just 18 minutes and Level 2 ADAS for added safety and confidence.
With the appointment of Panas Automotive as the official distributor for Nepalgunj, customers in the region can now avail sales, service, test drive and after-sales support of both DePaul and Nami in their own place.
The DePaul S05 is priced at Rs 56.99 lakh for the black interior and Rs 57.99 lakh for the orange interior. The special launch offer for Nepalgunj includes black interior at Rs 55,99,000 and orange interior at Rs 56,99,000.
Similarly, the Vigo E2 variant is priced at Rs 38.99 lakh and the E2S variant is priced at Rs 41.99 lakh. Vigo E2 will be available at Rs 37,99,000 and E2 at Rs 40,99,000 in Nepalgunj.
