Kathmandu. Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has declared a dividend of 14.7368% of its current paid-up capital. Out of this offer, 14 percent is bonus shares and 0.7368 percent is cash dividend (for tax purposes).

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the microfinance company held on December 12 decided to distribute the dividend at this rate. The dividend will be distributed at the rate approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsed by the next Annual General Meeting.
