. KATHMANDU: Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC) has called its AGM to approve the dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The insurance company has called its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 2 at Hotel Bhiswa, Birgunj.
The company’s AGM will begin at 9:00 a.m.TAG_OPEN_div_6 The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing 5 percent bonus shares and 16.05 percent cash dividend on the current paid-up capital. The meeting will also endorse the proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, elect 3 directors representing the promoter shareholders on the board of directors, and appoint auditors.
