Kathmandu. Samata Domestic Laghubitta Bittiya Bittiya Sanstha has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has declared 5% bonus shares and 0.2632% cash dividend on the current paid-up capital of the company.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the microfinance company held on December 12 decided to distribute dividend at this rate.
The dividend will be distributed at the rate approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsed by the next Annual General Meeting.
