Kathmandu. Dordi Khola Hydropower Company is going to issue right shares.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held on Sunday has decided to issue 56.62 per cent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 2.10 billion at a ratio of 0.56 per share.
The company will issue 1,19,38,000 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share.
The company will present this proposal in the upcoming general meeting. After the approval of the meeting, the right shares will be issued.

Promoters of banks and financial institutions should maintain shares within the limit set by the Rastra Bank within 5 years, otherwise action will be taken.
Banks and financial institutions can merge their branches within the metropolis by fulfilling 6 conditions.
