Kathmandu. Emerging Nepal Company has declared a dividend on its shareholder dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Sunday has decided to provide dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The company has proposed a cash dividend of 5.2631 percent including tax.
This dividend will be received by the shareholders after approval by the Ministry of Finance and approved by the next general meeting of the company.
