Kathmandu. NMB Bank has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The bank has called the meeting for January 24. The bank is closing its book on December 9 for the purpose of the meeting.
The shareholders who remain in power till December 22 will receive the dividend as determined by the bank and will be able to participate in the AMALGAM.
The bank has proposed a 5 percent bonus share and 5 percent cash dividend including tax. After the approval of this proposal, the shareholders will get it.
