Kathmandu. Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, H.E. Chen Song, paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sushila Karki today. Song, who is returning home after completing his term in office, met Prime Minister Karki at Singha Durbar to bid farewell to him.

Various dimensions of Nepal-China relations and matters of bilateral interest were also discussed during the meeting. On the occasion, the Chinese ambassador said being a close friend of Nepal, it has been supporting Nepal in every aspect of development development and this will continue in the future as well.

The Prime Minister congratulated Ambassador Song on his return home after completing his successful term in office and wished for a successful journey. He also assured that Nepal remains committed to One China Policy and would not allow any activities from its soil against China’s national interest. He also expressed hope that China would continue to support Nepal’s development efforts as usual.
