Kathmandu. National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has declared dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Tuesday has proposed to provide 15 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The company has proposed 14.25 percent bonus shares and 0.75 percent cash dividend including tax. The proposal will be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the next AGM of the company.
