Kathmandu. Shikhar Insurance Company has declared a dividend on its shareholder dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Tuesday declared dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The company has declared a 6% dividend. The company has proposed a 6 percent bonus share and 0.31 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The proposal will be approved by the Insurance Authority and approved by the next general meeting of the company.
