Dipesh Pote Shrestha is the coordinator of the merger committee. Likewise, Bir Bahadur Ghale and Dipika Gyawali are the members of the committee. Ghale is also the managing director of the company.
The Ninth General Meeting of the company has approved a special proposal for the merger.
