Kathmandu. The Supreme Court is hearing the case against Rastriya Swatantra Party (RPP) President Rabi Lamichhane and former proprietor of Gorkha Media Chhabilal Joshi.
A division bench of Justices Basudev Acharya and Tej Narayan Poudel of Butwal High Court was hearing the case against Joshi. The case was dismissed last week and the arguments were halted twice by the lawyers of Ravi’s side.
