Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Deputy Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Sunita Dangol has been elected as the central member of the CPN-UML.
She was elected from the valley with a huge number of votes.
She was not a candidate from the geographical capital. She defeated engineer Rajan Thapa and Santosh Khadka.
Dangol got 1668 votes. Khadka got 330 votes and Thapa got 229 votes. Dangol Chairman KP Sharma Oli has been elected as the central member of the panel.
