Kathmandu. Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has declared dividend.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Wednesday has declared dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.

The company has decided to pay 12 percent dividend to its shareholders.

The company has proposed a 5 percent bonus share and a 7 percent cash dividend including tax.

The proposal will be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the next AGM of the company.
