Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance has declared a dividend on its shareholder dividend.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Wednesday has declared dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. It has proposed a cash dividend of 4.421 percent. Similarly, it has proposed to give 4 percent bonus shares.

The proposal will be approved by the Insurance Authority and approved by the next general meeting of the company.
