Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Bank Limited (NBB) has decided not to distribute dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on December 17. The meeting also decided to send the financial details to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
