Kathmandu. Prime Commercial Bank has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The bank has decided to distribute 8 percent bonus on its current paid-up capital and 0.421 percent cash dividend.
The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on December 17 has decided to distribute the dividend at the rate of distribution. The dividend will be distributed at the rate approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsed by the next Annual General Meeting.
