Kathmandu. Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company has declared a cash dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The company has declared 15% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the insurance company held on December 17 has decided to distribute the dividend at this rate. The dividend will be distributed at the rate approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
