Kathmandu. Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has declared a dividend on its shares.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 18 has decided to provide dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The company has proposed a 5 percent dividend. This includes 4.25 percent bonus shares and 0.75 percent cash dividend including tax.
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
