Kathmandu. Prabhu Bank has decided not to distribute dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on December 6 took the decision to this effect. The meeting has also decided to send the financial details to the Nepal Rastra Bank.
