Kathmandu. Surya Jyoti Life Insurance Company has declared a dividend on its shareholder dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held on Friday has proposed to provide dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The company has proposed a 13 percent cash dividend including tax.
The proposal will be approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) and the upcoming AGM of the company will be approved by the shareholders.
