How long will it take to become a shareholder to get the dividend of Nabil Bank?

. Nabil Bank has called its AGM to approve the dividend it had announced to distribute to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY.

The bank has called its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 12, 2019 at Tribhuvan Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.TAG_OPEN_div_6 The meeting will begin at 11:15 a.m.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 12.50 percent cash dividend (including tax purposes) on the current paid-up capital.TAG_OPEN_div_4 The bank is closing its book on January 1 for the AGM and dividend distribution. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till December 30 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend to be distributed by the bank.
