Kathmandu. NLG Insurance Company has declared a dividend for its shareholders.

The meeting of the Board of Directors held on Monday has proposed to provide dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.

The company has proposed a dividend of 7 percent. The company has proposed a 4 percent bonus and 3 percent cash dividend.

The proposal is approved by Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) and approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
