According to him, Rs 205,700 revenue has been collected from renewal of association registration, Rs 302,250 from arms renewal, Rs 11.1 million 588 thousand from passport fee and Rs 135,435 from judicial fine.

434 Complaint Clearance

A total of 619 complaints were registered at the District Administration Office in the first quarter of the current fiscal year. Complaints have been lodged at the office through various means. CDO Adhikari said the highest number of complaints were received through the Nagarik App at 572. Similarly, the office has received 34 complaints through application and 13 complaints from the regulatory bodies, he said. Of the complaints, 434 have been settled, he said.

CDO Adhikari said although the office has made arrangements to register complaints through QR code for the convenience of service seekers, no complaint has been received through QR code. Similarly, no complaint has been received through Hello Sarkar. According to CDO Adhikari, 387 of the complaints received through the Nagarik App, 34 of the complaints received at the office and 13 of the complaints received through the regulatory bodies have been settled.
