Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has declared 15% bonus shares and 0.789% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 23 has decided to distribute the dividend at this rate. The dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) and endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
