Kathmandu. Chilime Hydropower Company has declared a dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 22 has announced the dividend.
The company has announced a dividend of 12 percent from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has 8% bonus shares and 4% cash dividend.
The company has called its annual general meeting (AGM) on January 13. The book will be closed for a day on January 1 for the purpose of the meeting. Shareholders who remain in power till January 1 will receive the dividend as determined by the company.
