Kathmandu. Unique Plastics Industries is going to issue an IPO. Nepal Life Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.

Unique Plastic Industry based in the Industrial Area of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-8 is preparing to issue IPO at Rs 100 per share at the rate of 20 percent of its issued capital to the general public. Nepal Life Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance of 7,50,000 units.

Nepal Life Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. The agreement was signed by Mr. Hari Bahadur Basnet, Chairman of Unique Plastics Industry and Mr. Manish Ghimire, Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Life Capital.
