Kathmandu. Nagarkot Resort Limited is going to issue initial public offering (IPO).
The process of bringing the IPO for issuance has started. The resort has applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for the IPO issuance.
The resort is issuing 15 lakh units of shares worth Rs 15 crore at Rs 100 per share.
NMB Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. Jyoti Capital Limited has been doing its corporate advisory work.
With the inclusion of the Securities Board of Nepal in the pipeline, new investment opportunities have been added for the investors in the hotel and tourism sector.
With the improvement in the tourism industry in recent times, the attraction of investors towards the companies in this sector is increasing.
The IPO approval and issuance process of Nagarkot Resort Limited will proceed as per the regulatory decision of the Securities Board of Nepal.
