Kathmandu. Prabhu Bank’s Chief Executive Officer Ashok Sherchan has been released on bail by the Office of the Special Public Prosecutor.
Sherchan, who has been in the custody of the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police for long, was released on present bail today.
Last week, a division bench of Justices Chandra Bahadur Saru and Geeta Timsina of Patan High Court had given him 5 days to record his statement.
