Kathmandu. The epicenter of the earthquake was around Falaicha of Taplejung district.
According to the National Center for Seismology, Lainchaur, an earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale occurred at 6.13 am today.
Earlier, an earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale had occurred around Thoche of Manang district on December 12. As Nepal is a Himalayan region, small and big earthquakes occur at different times.
