Kathmandu. Minister Kulman Ghising, who has been holding the charge of three ministries, has resigned from his post.
Ghising will hold a press conference at 9 am today.
Ghising has also served as Minister for Water Resources and Irrigation, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, and Minister for Urban Development.
