Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank to issue 2 lakh units of promoter shares. The bank, through a public notice, has called for a secret sealed tender for the sale of the shares.
The promoter shares of the bank will be issued at Rs 140 per share. Only existing shareholders can apply for the shares.
The existing shareholders have to apply to the corporate office of Nepal Life Capital Limited at Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 35 days.
