Kathmandu. The major shareholders of IGI Prudential Insurance Company are 15 individuals and companies.

Hemraj Dhakal holds the largest share of the company with 6.05 percent. Similarly, Chandra Prasad Dhakal has 4.62 percent shareholding, Usha Investment 3.61 percent and Nabil Bank 3.61 percent.

RMC Investment Pvt Ltd has 2.54 per cent share, Hathway Investment 1.90 per cent, Kumar Poudel 1.69 per cent, Birendra Kumar Shanghai 1.68 per cent, Tilak Bahadur Ranabhat 1.42 per cent, Sumit Kumar Agrawal 1.28 per cent and Bishnu Agrawal 1.21 per cent.

Similarly, Tulsiram Agrawal has 1.02 percent shareholding, Manju Agrawal 1.02 percent, Deepak Kunwar 1.06 percent and Puja International 1.11 percent.
