Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Dr Shekhar Koirala has said that he was committed to taking the party forward by uniting the party.
In a discussion with party office-bearers, district committee and legal experts close to him today, he said he was in constant discussion and dialogue with all sides to save the party from split.
“I have been talking to party presidents, acting presidents and general secretaries that the party should not split under any circumstances,” he said.
Party vice-president Dhanaraj Gurung, joint general secretaries Badri Pandey and Jeevan Pariyar, central members Bal Bahadur KC and Dr Minendra Rijal, senior advocate Sher Bahadur KC, Yogendra Adhikari and Upendra Keshari Neupane were among those present in the meeting.
