Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The closed session of the special general convention of the Nepali Congress is to be extended till Tuesday.

The report presented by NC general secretaries Gagan Kumar Thapa and Bishwa Prakash Sharma was underway in the closed session.

According to the Special General Convention Organizing Committee, a decision on leadership and other issues is likely to be taken in the closed session on Tuesday.

Discussions are underway in the closed session by forming nine separate groups of the seven provinces, the Kathmandu Valley and the fraternal, well-wishers and public relations committees.
